Information is obtained about you when contact me....

Personal information collected includes your name, address, telephone and/or mobile number and email address (if you have one), as well as medical information. An emergency contact is also included, assuming you have obtained permission.

Information is collected from you for insurance purposes..... The medical information provides awareness of any medical issues.

All information collected is confidential and only Annie the Nanny has access. If medical services are required, then your medical information and emergency contact will be passed on to them. No information is shared with the insurance companyand no information will not be sold or rented to third parties, nor will your information be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Unless you have given me separate written consent, I will cease to contact you 6 months after.... At this point I will also delete/destroy all personal data that is not linked to financial records. I will store any personal data linked to financial records for a 6-year period. HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) have the right to inspect financial information relating to the previous 6 years and require all trading entities to keep financial records for this length of time.
