Routine maintains the equilibrium of the day, balancing high end activity with quieter sessions - all achievable without screen time - to give your child a chance to refresh, absorb and evaluate their day.

A toddler’s world is complex and confusing and this gives rise to a variety of unpleasant and undesirable problems. Whether it’s unexpected and unfathomable tantrums, tyrannical or antisocial behaviour like hitting and biting, it’s difficult to know how to put a stop to the behaviour, support your child and set and maintain boundaries.

Whatever the challenging behaviour you are experiencing, as a Montessori Nanny, working within the EYFS framework and with substantial experience, I have an informed, educated and insightful understanding of the particular difficulties of toddler-dom. As a Parent Guide and Problem Solver, I can give you the understanding you need to be able to approach modifying the behaviour effectively but with sensitivity.  A down-to-earth, firm but gentle approach but NOT “gentle parenting”.
